Brightline Fort Lauderdale Parking Garage

So glad we heard about this as a substitute for using Uber or Lyft to get to Miami on our trip. The station was clean and full of natural light. Self serve kiosks were readily available for ticket purchaes. They had a bar and a small gift / snack store. The seating area was inviting and had plenty of available, comfortable places to await your train. Charging ports and plugs were available at the seats. The train was very nice. Our seat had a table with charging ports. They sell food, drinks and extras on board. We had a lovely ride and it was so much better and more comfortable then taking a cab, Uber or Lyft.

otos This is about parking. My son attended an event at Revolution Live and prepaid for parking at the Brightline garage. He was due back at 2 am to the garage. He was the designated driver ( using my car) and none of his his friends was in rough shape ( very drunk). It was not possible to make it back to the garage by 2 am. According to the parking notice that I received in the mail, he left at 3:47 am. I received a bill from a company called SP+Enforcement for $63.99! Bear in mind, the daily walk up rate for parking at Brightline is $20. I did some investigating, This company, SP+ Enforcement, is subcontracted by Brightline. Their reviews are abysmal, even by the BBB. My son NEVER received notification about this that evening. We have used the parking app Pay by Phone, that allows you to

This is such a welcome relaxing trip from Ft Lauderdale to Orlando. Due to the cost of fare tickets I suggest you book your train at least a month in advance. The train is clean, comfortable and has food and beverage options available. I am currently waiting for an Annual or 6 month pass to be offered because I travel between Orlando and Ft Lauderdale 5 to 6 times a year
