Brighton cabinetry has good quality products. The cabinets are of high quality. Big selection range.I personally love the drawer boxes for under the bed storage.The drawer boxes are my favorite.

Brighton is a great value in custom cabinets. I looked at their reviews and many people are complaining that they don't have good customer service. No custom cabinet company deals directly with the public. Homeowners buy their Brighton cabinets from an authorized cabinet dealer. All customer service, delivery, and replacement parts are expedited by the dealer so that if anyone has a complaint about parts, deliveries, etc. they should be complaining about their dealer and not Brighton. We are Brighton Dealers and get no complaints. Because we do our job well. It's like customers that complain that their painted cabinets are chipping and blame the cabinet brand. Let me tell you about Brighton. We were told cabinets would be shipped December 17th. It is now end of January and we still have yet to receive parts of our kitchen. They shipped things in multiple stages and then had the audacity to accuse us of stealing a panel. When I say stealing I mean we did not receive it and they are insinuating we are thieves and insisting we have it. This 1 item is holding us up from moving into our new home causing a major inconvenience with 2 small children. So no I don’t think I would steal 1 panel and not move in. We spent $70,000 on a new kitchen and have received NO customer service. Every time they say something is shipping they delay it. They do not care about delays and do absolutely nothing to help their customers. They refuse to speak with you and even

Called Brighton to ask to talk with a rep. Said they only deal with dealers and would not speak with me. I purchased an entire kitchen from them and its beautiful but the damaged cabinet that was replaced was the wrong size. I am waiting for the company, International tile and design to call me back to fix this error. Brighton Cabinetry wanted nothing to do with me. They did not want to listen to my story and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. They need someone nice to answer the phone - get that woman off the line!

They produce one of the best quality cabinets money can buy. I think it's unfair to judge the company for the mistakes of the dealers. Obviously company doesn't deal with public so if there is an issue you need to solve, your point of contact should be the place you bought it from. I have dealt with them over 4 years now and all of our customers are very happy with their cabinetry. Not a single complaint. Any issues that we came across because of the transportation, were addressed in timely manner.
