Brightside Windows

This company had great communication throughout the whole process. I had 9 windows replaced which took two days. They were quick and efficient. Their pricing was better than all the competitors and the windows look beautiful!

So far we are very happy with our new windows. Everything went as expected and the communication was great. Only gave 4 stars, because when the original guy came out to show us the windows and talk about pricing etc.. he told us we would be eligible for a rebate through our power company. After everything was said and done, the power company only gives rebates to contractors on their list, which Brightside was not one of them. Otherwise everyone we had contact with was great and the windows look fantastic.

Bright Side Windows did an amazing job installing eight new windows in our home. The salesman was fantastic—super knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our purchase. We were very happy with the price, and the installation team did a wonderful, professional job. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Bright Side Windows has been friendly, helpful, and truly great to work with. Highly recommend!

My experience with Brightside has been wonderful. Installation was quick and easy. The installers were professional and detail-oriented, and took extra steps to ensure a tight fit and seal. I love how beautiful the windows are, inside and out. Crystal clear! There is absolutely no heat transference when the sun's rays are beating on the panes. That one feature alone is worth every penny. I'm very happy with this purchase and glad I chose Brightside.

The windows look good, and the installation went smoothly. But Brightside is not truthful about the financing or payment for the windows. I made a down payment and financed the balance for $420/mo. for 18 months at o% interest. That all sounded great. But Brightside actually sells the loan to Synchrony. Synchrony added a $67 setup fee and increased the monthly payment to $422/mo. They also show on each statement the deferred interest charge and if the balance is not paid in full at the end of 18 months they will add all the interest back on to my account. At the end of 18 months if I don't pay $9,280 they will add $7,371 in interest back on to my account. I don't think Brightside was truthful in giving me "free interest" Personally I do not like doing business with companies that t
