This company is very disrespectful of privacy and has intrusive and agressive sales behaviors.They ignore "NO SOLICITING" signs with spite. Interrupted a work meeting to knock despite a giant sign on my door that says "HOME OFFICE Please do NOT knock or ring doorbell. That's what NO SOLICITING means. Leave package at door unless signature is required. Thank you." I assumed since he knocked four inches from this sign that he read it and needed a signature on something. Nope - just wants to sell me some windows. He absolutely did not care that I had the signs and did not care when I asked him to please not disrupt my home.

Sales reps are trespasser failing to comply with no solicitation notices. Reporting these tactics to the county In response to the reply: This isn't a matter of feeling my space was violated. You tresspassed under RCW 9A.52.070. Further the county confirmed you have no active peddlers license so under RCW 36.71.060 that's your second misdemeanor. Found errors in quality of workmanship about 2 years later. There was damage to the trim inside of our house due to water leaking around the sides of the window. The company would not repair the issues because we were outside the 1 year installation warrantee, even though I had expressed concerns about the lack of insulation and some other pieces at the time. I talked with a couple other window companies and they identified that there was a lack of flashing which was allowing wind and water into the house around the sides of the windows. Very disappointed in their lack of interest in fixing their mistakes. To be fair, their initial sales service was good.
