BrightVent

I accidentally laundered a low-cost dog bed and it exploded in the dryer. The synthetic poly-fill material melted and clogged the vent pipe, creating a plastic plug that no ordinary brush could dislodge. BrightVent came out to my Houston home and during the dryer vent cleaning process, they applied a special scraping device to remove the melted remnants from the sides of the duct. They saved the pipe and the dryer.

I do not like when things are messy but BrightVent in Houston were very clean.They did the vent cleaning and explained why the lint was making my machine slow.

BrightVent checked the vent line and cleared out the blockage because my dryer was making a louder sound than usual and running much longer than normal. Once the dryer vent was cleaned, the machine ran quieter and finished loads faster.
