BrightView Landscapes

Abysmal service. Not only did they throw a hose and sprinkler from my lawn on top of my plants, but it seems they decided to use heavy machinery without paying attention and damaged service equipment on our property. Of course they never reached out or addressed the situation. If you don't mind having your hard work and landscape destroyed, these are definitely the guys for you. But if you'd like some professionalism, steer clear. Edit: it has been nearly a month since they commented on this review. After emailing them back that long ago, they ceased communication and made no attempt to rectify. I'm forced to bring this up with my HOA as I'm not paying for the damage to city property. They do not take this seriously enough.

Not a very thorough company. Prime example of quantity over quality. They'll get the job but it might not get done in a timely or scheduled fashion. Also the work that they do, is mediocre at best. Communication is poor also. Sorry guys but you need to get it together!
