BrightView Landscapes

BrightView services the office complex that I work in and recently damaged my vehicle in the parking lot, so I was not one bit surprised to see several reviews here mentioning vehicle damage. I even mentioned this to who I assume is their branch manager (Brandon) and provided him with substantial evidence, but was told that they won’t be taking any responsibility, despite their crew members having been the only people to come near my vehicle all day. They are highly unprofessional and will damage your property, then lie about it. I would recommend using any company, but them for your landscaping needs. Very disappointing.

Brightview Landscaping are the worst landscapers in Columbia.....They don't show up to mow (Governor's Grant townhomes); they don't come for weeks...they don't pickup their weed clippings, they don't blow the sidewalks/entrances off...(see photos below)....I would NOT recommend this company to any development..... Update: the last time they came out was Thursday, May 2nd and since we have had tons of rain, I don't think it matters to them how high our grass grows bc they will mow when they’re good and ready! I don’t understand why other Landscaping companies are right there mowing and we get nothing! I hate this company and wish we never employed them! Our condo association, Gables at Columbia has been under a full service contract with Brightview for years. Once again, they have failed to deliver service as promised and as contracted to do so. It is the end of April and our community has yet to have any maintenance at all performed even once this spring. Grass is over 1' tall in many areas and bare patches of dirt and mud are everywhere due to their failure to seed and perform the most basic turf maintenance. Cannot wait until their contract is terminated!

@BrightView We have been pleading for service The Gables in Columbia. We are under contract with your company and have had no service this season. Our grass is 9"-12" tall throughout the community, several promises have been made, and nothing has been mowed. #DisgruntledCustomer

This company does landscaping where i live and they are constantly damaging the cars in the neighborhood and covering them with mud!!! This happened every single time they come out Do NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS you want damage.
