Needs supervision to get a better quality of cutting and trimming areas. If you run across a bag that has flown in the area put it in a waste recepticle and not just leave it there. The cutting area seems to have gotten smaller over the last couple of years with the wooded area getting very close to the water convert///Editing after a few more conversations, a replacement bush was installed with apologies. So they have tried to resolve this particular issue.

Just the most wonderful crew I’ve ever interacted with. They were so kind and helpful, and they didn’t even have to be. If random act of kindness reflect the ethos of this company, I would say hired them immediately.

I am the president of the board of directors at Swan Pointe, a community of 216 condominiums and 104 patio homes on 56 acres. I am extremely pleased with BrightView. There are only a couple of lawn services in Louisville that are large enough to handle a community of our size. Over the years I have dealt with many of the staff from BrightView starting with Alan , Frank , and Laura, who are in management.
