One week ago, our lawn was lush and green because I put tons of time and money into making it that way. Brightview comes through the neighborhood and applies one insecticide treatment and completely kills the lawn. Beware, they care more about checking the boxes of their contract than they do providing quality service or righting their wrongs.

Wow!! I tried calling to get a price on commercial landscaping and the woman who answered the phone was horrible. The rudest woman I have ever come across when just looking for an estimate. I asked her to hold for a moment because I coughed and she rudely kept talking, I finally was able to speak to her and I said I am sorry for coughing I just want to speak to someone in sales and she hung up on me.. worst customer service I have ever experienced and I didn’t even speak to someone in sales. That experience just made me look elsewhere. Thank your phone staff for losing a commercial client

Completely unacceptable, disrespectful treatment of our property. Zero accountability. No customer service. This company falls short of all expectations. Don’t hire them! Absolute disasters!

Recently drove behind one of their trucks on i-75. Big mistake bits of gravel. We're coming out of the back of that truck like hail. I now have a cracked windshield. I completely understand that my car insurance will cover it but their attitude at their office was like they could have cared less. So if they can't care about their employees damaging my property, why would I ever let them take care of my property?

If they landscape anything like they drive, I’d never hire them. Whoever drove the truck on Toledo blade today shouldn’t have a license, and driving like a jerk with your company name on the vehicle is a great way to lose business.
