BrightView Landscapes

Brightleaf is the absolute WORST landscaping company in the state of North Carolina. Our property is in Raleigh NC. We have 130 townhouse units. They have been "working " Our HOA for a year. They have not fulfilled their contractual obligations. Several calls and emails to the company from myself, several other residents AND our board members have proven fruitless. I only wish I could give your company a negative star review. This company should have to return at least 70% of the money that they have been paid by our HOA. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Not sure who the two guys were you have working in Morrisville today. But I’m parked in a parking lot about to get out to go shopping. One comes up to my car and asked me to move because they need that space for work. Don’t y'all work around parked car all the time . While the one pictured VERY RUDE, kept hand gesturing me to get out his way . I’m in an open parking lot figure out how to do your damn job .

They cut the grass in my Community in Clayton North Carolina. So far, I had to repair damages to my house and vehicles due to their lack or care and professionalism. Also they do a halfway job, barely cut or weed eat the yards that we pay them to do. Just a horrible landscaping company.

While weed whacking our yard, one of the workers hit a rock and it flew, shattering my car window. However, the team was extremely professional and quick to action to fix the problem, handling the repairs and vacuuming the glass/taping my window shut until my repair appointment. While an unfortunate situation, I appreciate their customer service and apologetic attitude. I would like to specifically commend Ricardo and Shawn, who again, made sure everything was taken care of and easy on my side. Cameron/Ft. Liberty area was the place of service.

This company has serviced my townhome community in 2023. I use the term service very liberally. Until today (12/12/23), I hadn't seen anyone on property since October! The staff that comes on site is polite, cordial, and wants to do a good job, but they don't have the equipment they need to handle large, older communities. It's the height of leaf season - today they didn't collect collect them or put them into a curb so the city could... rather, they blew them back onto where we should have grass. I had raked in front of my unit. They spread out my piles! Undid my work! .... unable to reply, so edited to add ... I'm in Bent Creek - Raleigh.
