1/22/2019- First winter storm of 2019 and it took them 48+ hours to remove snow from parking lots and walkways at the condo I live at. Still isn’t complete as there is 10 feet of ice/snow on our walkway that hasn’t been touched. You expect this type of service from young children with shovels looking for a couple of bucks. Not a actual landscaping business. They’re a laughing stock here and I’ve told multiple people about it.

Russo had hit my vehicle at my own apartment complex, Molly the head receptionist apologized to me and advised me to NOT put a police report in (that snake!)... She said that the guys operate loud machinery and sometimes hit cars without even noticing it! She then told me to get a few quotes and they will review them and have the OWNER speak to me in person. They sent some contractor out instead, who took photos next to the plow that destroyed my liftgate... He said not to worry about it... Same with Molly... After waiting two weeks I get a call from their insurance company saying they are not accepting liability, and the claim is now closed! If only I had called the police and now it's too late. Imagine these people at your home or business with how they treated me? 0 stars if I could !!!
