He knowingly Installed damaged AC unit. The indoor unit's automatic swing louvers stopped moving in a couple of years. And the unit started making rattling noise. front panel stopped sliding up when it's supposed slide up when unit is on. I told him about issue but he ignored it and never addressed the issue while they should have been fixed under warranty. also heating stopped working twice in 3 years. and had to call him to fix. and a week ago cooling stopped working and waited more than 10 days to have it fixed in hot summer weather. and gave us $170 repair bill for fixing the junk AC he installed. and when I questioned him that the unit breaks so often that I suspected it was bad unit when he initially installed. and he replied that "if you want i can undo the repair and you call some

He repaired my unit January 24th, 2017, however, I didn't use the unit thereafter, bc no one lives in the house. At the beginning of November 2017, I called him to make him aware that the unit was blowing out cold air. He told me that I would have to pay him to come back out. I asked if the same issue occured would he charge me, he stated even if the part was bad I would still have to pay for labor. I told him that does not make sense if the part is under a 1 year warranty. He told me to get the F***k off his line and hung up. I would not recommend him to anyone, because he is very unprofessional. A long story short, I took the front panel off and noticed the ignition switch needed to be reset and the heat fired right up. What a waste of a technician.

John went to school with my sin. I remember him working with his dad when he was young. I needed a unit when moving back to Rockingham and there was snow on ground and ice in December and John knew we were seniors. He went right to work. Mind you, this was in the covid as well when it was hard to get stuff. Quick, reasonable and made me fully understand unit questions and function

Called 1/10/18 to have my heating system checked. They sent someone the next day at 8 am and fixed it in 10 minutes. Fair price, fast honest work. Will use again if needed!
