Installed furnace and a/c, I used Brileys because they are a referred contractor by my electric provider and so we get a $300 rebate from them. 7 months later we still cannot get them to answer or return our calls, all we want is for them to send the email into our electric utility company and that’s all.

They caused water damage to my floor from leaking pipes after installation of new unit.Also black mold from the leaky pipes. They ignore phone calls and super slow turning in rebates.

My church parsonage heat pump was making a noise and we called Chris left a message but before he returned our call he had already stopped by and fix the problem. This is a real review. We use him a lot for our church.

Honest when asked questions about your units, cheap repairs, just have to leave voice-mails on phone to be responded to.
