Brilliant Roofing

We needed a new roof on one side of a duplex and it was a tricky project. The folks from Brilliant Roofing were the only ones up for the job. They were also the only company that offered to put on a metal roof, to include the flat section at the back of the house. They dealt patiently will all my questions and anxieties throughout the project. I’m really happy with the result and glad I found Brilliant Roofing to do the job!

I usually avoid giving negative reviews unless necessary, but this situation justifies one. In July 2024, I paid $16000- $ 10,000 through the home and the rest out of pocket. During a heavy rain in July, I experienced about 10 different leaks in my ceiling throughout my little home. Brilliant Roofing seemed to care initially; all they did was spray KILZ on the wet spots. They sent workers more than six times with the same “spray”, but to this day, the stained spots remain. They failed to realize that fixing my issue would ultimately require repainting the ceiling. I went with Brillian Roofing because the owner, Troy, was the first to come and visit with a proposal and took “pride”, but NOT. DO NOT PAY THEM A FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL THEY FIX ALL YOUR ROOF STAINS AND CONCERNS.

Brilliant roofing was truly Brilliant. I reached out to many roofing companies for various quotes. Not only did they show up in person once but they came back for a second in person visit to finalize the application process. I felt much more comfortable with their quote process than others, who preferred to provide quotes with aerial specs. Dennis came out and provided a beautiful folder with colorful pictures and information about the different roof types, the longevity of each, and their pros and cons. He provided background and insight, I knew I needed to make an informed investment. An educated consumer is a happy consumer and I respect them very much for how professional and thorough they were.
