Excellent service. Our mover used Brimar for the origin part of our move between Pennsylvania and the south of France. Mrs O is such a pleasure to work with, her kind patience and constant availability made our preparation very smooth. The team was punctual, professional and efficient. Their careful packing insured that absolutely nothing was broken (in a 40ft container worth of belongings!). We are delighted with the service.

BRIMAR just completed our move from New England to northern France and -- thanks to the remarkable Mrs. Nurcan Ozen -- it was flawless. Her expert team packed all of our belongings for international shipping and nothing -- not a lamp, a picture frame, an antique dresser or a clock -- suffered the slightest bit of damage. A shout out, as well, to her chosen French partners (Santa Fe Relo.) At her direction they delivered the container to our house, placed and unwrapped every item per our request AND took away all paper and cartons. International moves can be stressful but with BRIMAR at your side you can relax ... and let them do all the heavy lifting.

Avoid ! Besides damaged items (because they had not been properly stored in the boxes, for example books were not flat in the boxes), 3 boxes magically disappeared... they never made it to the container that was exclusively used for my moving out. Absolutely no recourse unfortunately and it seemed to be the least of their problems. No particular order in the boxes (for those I was lucky to receive), a kitchen item would end up in the bedroom box and vice versa... Extremely disappointed, they offered no solution, no excuse, and of course no financial compensation.

As a French civil servant in nyc, l took Brimar as they linked to a French company and the whole Staff is responsive , either in nyc or france . Very flexible and easy to talk to. I did not expect my stuff to be at my home so quickly ! I recommend that company.

I used Brimar for a move from Philadelphia to France. All my stuff arrived in great shape and communication with the wonderful Nurcan was easy. The team took great care of my furniture and personal effects. However they didn't show the same level of care for my house as there were several marks on the ceiling and walls that caused me to have to touch up the paint before selling. Other than that, my items arrived when Nurcan said they would. Both teams in Philly and in France were on time and the logistics were easy to handle with the detailed packing list. Nurcan was always super responsive to my messages. I've seen prior comments expressing concerns about the team in France. My team was Demeco and they were very professional as well. I recommended Nurcan and her team to an American client
