Such a great experience! I submitted my claim on Sunday afternoon. Within a few hours I received notification that my request had been scheduled for the next day. That’s unbelievably quick! The technician arrived within the time window. The was professional and personable. After less than half an hour my air conditioner was up and running perfectly. If only the rest of my life would be as smooth.

Bring the cool was at my house on Wednesday restoring my furnace. A fuse was blown in the air handler unit. Wednesday night the system again went down. Mike (who was original tech) came back early on Friday and again trouble shot the entire system, and determined that the condenser unit had a bad wire! He is WONDERFUL!!! He worked at it for about an hour, checking absolutely everything there was to check. Bring the Cool is the HVAC company I’ll use from now on. Thanks Mike for your dedication and professionalism!!!
