Jan 28, 2026 - 7 straight days below freezing With the extremely cold temperatures recently I had questions about my unit installed by HOP Energy in 2021. It took 5 years to get the type of weather that really is testing my system. No issues just questions about operations of the unit. Russ Bailor returned my call within 2 hours and was more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve ever talked to about heating my home. A followup call 2 days later and similar results! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. And I am 71 years old. Chris and Gary were great during the installation. They all were top notch! Highly recommend HOP for HVAC!

We had a technician come out to service our group home today at the last minute. The technician was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He educated me on how to check the levels of oil and some other stuff. Thank you for providing such great service!

After a brief power outage on Fri afternoon our heat would not come on. Called and Joe the technician (didn't get his last name) came out within an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and polite had us up and running in no time. I can't thank Joe and Brinkers enough. Thank you.

Brinker’s showed up almost immediately when I had no heat on the coldest day of the year. Learned a lot; keep a path dug out for the service technician and keep equipment free of ice and snow!

Spoke with Claudia, the other day. She helped me to renew my contract. She was the most pleasant and helpful person ever! She made everything so simple. Hopefully she is regarded as a valued employee. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
