Brinkman did an excellent job replacing my roof. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They did the entire roof, from tear off to replacement in one day. The crew chief answered all questions and followed up the next day to make sure all was satisfactory. Todd Gentry, the sales rep knew his stuff and was in no way pushy. They offered me options, but neve tried to pressure me into anything, including using them over someone else. I am very impressed with the entire procedure. I love the quality and my wife and I both love the appearance. And, I deal with a lot of roofers as I am in the insurance business. I would unhesitatingly use them again and again. Matt and the staff in the office are so helpful. Our case was a bit complicated with a long standing roof leak that no one could seem to find. But Matt identified it quickly and I’ve got a sealed tight roof. He also helped with insurance issues. Just can’t thank him enough. The customer service team was patient with my endless questions and prompt with my request for invoices (even though I know they had sent them before but this boomer couldn’t find them)! In 2009, Tod Gentry arranged for us to reroof our two-story home. The work was quick, efficient, and the two-story portion has never developed a leak. Unfortunately, due to a huge tree falling recently, it was necessary to reroof my garage, breezeway and the one-story section of my house. The work was done quickly, efficiently and amazingly, blends beautifully with the rest of the roof. I would recommend them to anyone based on their pricing, the quality of their work, and the courtesy and professionalism of their crews.
