Woke up this morning with our thermostats dead and no heat. Our house read 58 degrees. Called Brinson and sons at 8:27AM and by 9:30AM our heat was back on. Benny was our HVAC Tech and he identified the wiring issue within minutes. He replaced our wire and even did some general checks on the heat pump unit. I couldn't be more thankful for the timely response and great attitude Benny had during the service call. He was a pleasure to speak with and was more than happy to help explain what happened and how he fixed it.

Tell your drivers to stay off the phone when driving. One just about hit me head on driving on the wrong side of the road.
