I can't say enough positive things about Lance and his Roofing Company. I needed to have my roof replaced five years ago and a friend of mine referred Brisbin Roofing Solutions to me. Lance promptly came out and gave me a thorough reasonable estimate. They did a great job on my roof! The only hiccup was the clean up crew missed nails in and around my flower beds and old shingles from the roof replacement fell in and behind my bushes in my flower beds. I wish they had done a more thorough job. - - A few years later, I needed my Roof Replacement Receipt and couldn't find it. I called Lance and he emailed it to me within 24 hours. And now, after Hurricane Harvey; I needed to have my roof checked for damage. I called his office, scheduled an appointment and Lance came out to inspect the roof

Had our roof completely replaced. Lance was amazing through the whole process, working with my HOA, and even keeping me in the loop throughout the day they were here doing the work. He quoted a day and a half but they completed in one day! Lance and his team are nothing but professional, efficient, and simply a pleasure to deal with. His pricing was competitive, and do-able as we paid out of pocket with no help from insurance.

We limped our roof along enough that it had to be replaced. I received quotes from several roofers (5) and Brisbin was the lowest, which was good because of the past good work experience we had with them. They replaced the roof in a day and half. They also cleaned up well after themselves (old shingles and nails) and were respectful of the landscaping. The owner was out on each day making sure things were being completed as expected. The roofers also stopped worked as my wife would enter and exit the house to prevent injury to her. I would strongly recommend them for work in the future.

Lance and his team are top notch! Words can't even describe how pleased we are with their work. Professional, respectful, personable and damn good at what they do. If you need a new roof, look no further.
