I hired Briscoe Fencing Solutions to repair a large section of my wooden board-on-board fence damaged by hurricane Milton. I chose them as their quote was significantly less than the others I contacted. I emailed them that I was choosing them and would sign the online contract. I promptly forgot to do that but the next morning their crew showed up! Once I showed them how to access the backyard they got busy. Due to hurricane Milton damage they had to remove old fence panels and level the ground. They also had to remove a palmetto bush that was in the corner. No problem, I hated the thing. I expected them to put up new panels but, to my surprise, they built the fence by hand! They constructed support frames with 2x4s connecting them to the existing fencing then nailed the individual boar

I have not had a good experience with Briscoe Fencing. The automatic driveway gate I purchased was not installed correctly. It lacked heavy-duty hinges and the control arm used was not strong enough to support the gate’s weight. The hinges were attached with tap-con screws rather than being welded on, which I later learned is not the proper method for a gate of this size. After a few months, the gate hinges failed under the weight. I expressed my concerns to John, but he denied there was anything wrong with the installation. He came by once to tighten the hinges, which temporarily helped, but the issue returned soon after. Since July, I’ve repeatedly asked for proper repairs and even offered to pay for a correct reinstallation. He acknowledged some of my messages at first, but eventually

$10,000+ to install a fence, Worst customer service of all time. DO NOT USE THEM. A year later, Just getting basic responses From this vendor is impossible. He would wait a week to answer texts - Promise to send someone out to help repair Issues that came up with the fence (Directly related to flaws in His design) and then no one would show up. I would follow up again and again Just to get more promises of having someone out there that never showed up. Truly pitiful. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND their service.
