DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-They do not stand by their warranty. We had a water heater installed by them. After a couple of years it started knocking and popping. They tried several things to fix it but nothing worked. It came to the point they needed to contact the water heater company but kept telling us they couldn't get a response from them. This went on for over a year with little response from Briskey except nothing we can do. Waiting to hear from water heater company. We called another plumber and they were able to get a replacement water heater within less than a half hour. The water heater company had no record of our serial number or that anyone had called concerning it. The Briskey team came to my Grandfathers 80 year old house and replaced all of the pipes. They had to squeeze into the crawl space that was full of old cob webs and stale air. They did not complain once and replaced all the pipes quickly and effectively. It has been a few months since the work was completed and my Grandfather could not be any more pleased at having a full pressure hot shower during the cold winter months. Thank you Briskey Plumbing your work was fast, on budget and completed when you said it would be. Very reasonable pricing as well!!!

These guys are great! They came out quicker than I even hoped and took care of everything that needed to be fixed. They were willing to discuss options, like a faucet we were contemplating fixing ourselves. I'm sorry to say I can't remember names of the technicians who came out now, but they were genuinely nice guys and were so, so good to work with! We'll definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing help in the future.
