Exceptional Service and Great Customer Care. We called them Thursday late afternoon and they had a technician at our house the next morning and got our 23 year old pump going to get us through the weekend. Then Josh and Lee were here bright and early Monday morning to replace our almost 600 foot deep pump, having to pull 20 foot sections of pipe at a time out until they got to the old pump and then replaced it and had to thread the new pump and pipe once again, 20 feet at a time back to the bottom of our deep well. Our water well was back in service in early afternoon. We have never had such fantastic customer service and support. These guys are the best and if we could give them 10 stars we would.

I called several different well companies in our area and none of them returned my phone call except Briski's. We had a fire on our property and had no electricity or water for over a month. These guys were amazing. They got us on their schedule and had our well back up and running. I highly recommend.

Knowledgable and credible but terrible customer service. Not responsive -- I had to call and text almost 10 times. I'll never use them again -- had planned to use them for a repair after the inspection but due to the difficulty in getting responses I went elsewhere.
