After an abysmal experience with another company that couldn't locate access to the vent inside my wood stove (and cursed about it) and then couldn't get the cover off my chimney to clean from the top, Matt effortlessly gained access to the vent and properly cleaned the chimney from the inside. He showed me the results and after discussing with me on how much the stove was used, recommended a clean out every other year. In addition, he also showed me how and where to obtain the material I needed to replace a broken brick inside the stove and how I could fix the rust build up on my stove (which worked well). He even went the extra mile by cleaning a stubborn spot of melted plastic residue on the glass that had been there for over a year, and he made the outside of the pellet stove look like new again.
