What a great experience we had with Bristol Flooring! We shopped the big box stores first and then stopped in at exit 7. The quality of the product was a step above what the other places had, and the installer recommended was 5 star! Best experience we have ever had in a home installation! Got tired of dealing with nonexistent or slow service from Lowe's and have decided to only deal with local companies. They answer the phone promptly and are very knowledgeable about their product and installation services. Communciation was crystal clear. Was very impressed with Bristol Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Bristol flooring is a great place to get your flooring. They was quick about answering all your questions, very quick on installing the flooring. We had linoleum and carpet put down and Michael Pope and his partner done a awesome job and didn't take long to do it I highly recommend bristol flooring Thank You Michael and Delaine Sharitz

They are okay to do business with and they're right next to Wellmont Medical Center exit 7 and the medical center also has an urgent care if you have to go after hours which is a lot cheaper than well emergency room at the hospital I get you a quick!! But about Bristol flooring they've been there for August twenty years or so that I know of and they do a pretty good job when they come out and do it. Their prices are pretty competitive then they have a pretty good Selection of carpet and also tile flooring I, also pretty nice hardwood flooring! But I found them to be pretty short stuff most of the time that's a negative! Joyce Clark

Good selection and grest staff. Wonderful selection and wide variety of coverings. Had an issue with some flooring we bought and had to go back to the store, the manager was quick to fix our problem and we left very happy. Great customer service and I would highly reccomend checking them out. Will come back soon to finish flooring project.
