Bristol Plymouth Moving & Storage

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I booked with Bristol because of mostly positive reviews and my initial conversation and quote was very reasonable. Once my things were picked up my quote was WAY under estimated and I owed a lot more money when the job was already done. That's not even the issue though. After my things were picked up I couldn't even get anyone at the company to tell me where my things were for 15 days. I had the contact information of 2 employees and neither answered my emails or calls or texts, I was told the driver picking my things up would be the same dropping them off and he didn't answer me either. After all those efforts I spent every day on the phone with customer service for 9 days. I was told my things would arrive

We moved from Fall River to Tennessee and used Bristol Plymouth Movers from Fall River Massachusetts.. These movers were excellent. Patrick and his crew were personable both pick up and delivery. They took care to cover all my furniture and handle our stuff with care. The price was what was expected. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend. I read previous comments and believe the person who gave a Zero had the wrong company as they were from Texas. There is a difference between Bristol Plymouth Moving and Bristol Moving.

If you like having a $6100 estimate and then hold you hostage on moving day until you pay an additional $4200, this is your company. I would never deal with what I discovered was a broker that contracted movers, which Bristol was it for me. If it was a fair price, why didn't they just tell me that in the estimate? Global Elegance was the broker. Stay away.

We used your New Jersey office for my move from Baltimore to NC and please give James a pat on the back and a big raise. This guy is absolutely amazing. He was communicative, showed up in Baltimore on time took a quick inventory and got right to to work with his crew. They wrapped my stuff and took great care to make sure things didn’t get damaged. I am going through a divorce and we were splitting up furniture and he even took the time to show my soon to be ex husband how to disassemble his couch and move to the garage so he could move it the following day. I dropped an old iPhone in one of my boxes to track my stuff so I could see it moving south. I was happy to have James and his team deliver my things to NC. He texted me and told me details on the day he would deliver and paym

ZERO stars, stay far, far away. Charged me for 1300 cubic feet when it was actually 300. Police came and gave me a case number which I will pursue in court. I paid to have televisions wrapped and one had zero wrap. ZERO. Very rude when I called and several items broken. Take a tip from me and save yourself thousands of dollars and do not use these criminals.
