Important info to start with: We were told many years ago not to have our house pressure washed, because it can cause damage along with water getting behind the vinyl siding and create mold. We did the best we could to clean our house by hand with soap and water. We also cleaned our decks and shed, but because our house is 3 stories high, there are areas we cannot reach. The gutters were so dirty, it was an eye sore to me, but we couldn't reach them. After talking with someone about the challenges of removing lichen, he referred this company and emphasized they do a "soft wash" and not high pressure. What a shit Job for waiting almost 2 hours to get in. What a waste of 58 dollars. Should've just left the thing dirty. Now I look like a goof.
