Britt's Air Conditioning, Inc is the best at both first class technicians and dependability. When you are looking at the many choices available it is hard to know which company is the best. After being recommended by a friend, I will be sticking with Britt's for years to come. While I believe they do mostly commercial work, there crew is on time and with the best price. They replaced my worn out air conditioner with a new Lennox 4 ton package unit. It looks and was installed with above normal craftsmanship. Shout out to Colby and Chris.

Our A/C failed during the hottest day of the year. The first two recommendations we received would have cost us thousands of dollars to replace the system. Not to mention that our system was only five years old. After two failed attempts to find a reputable A/C service, who tried to jump to “you need a new A/C because your system’s coolant is obsolete”, we searched for and found a fantastic Titusville longtime A/C service, Britt’s. I stopped by Britt’s A/C and spoke to Dwayne to see if they could help. Our A/C unit had a bad A-coil and Dwayne went out of his way to immediately call the distributor to check stock. My almost-14 year old Carrier bit the dust in a scary way (lets just say a failing capacitor and resultant electrical fire could have burned my house down). I contacted Britt's as they had done my yearly maintenance previously. Cameron came out on a late Thursday night service call and immediately took steps to make sure no further damage could happen and made recommendations for repair vs new. Went with new, and by that Monday evening, I had a new system up and running. Dwayne handled every question and anxiety and more questions I had through the whole process (my first time buying an HVAC system). I was not upsold or pressured at all. Britts AC did a most excellent job installing my new Trane unit, and provided a great value for my dollar. The installer, Rick, ran into a few snags, but he didn't stop until my AC was up and running, and I was completely happy with the installation. Rick was friendly, professional, and put in several extra hours on a Friday to make sure the installation was done right! Well Done Britts!

First of all I want to start by saying I never write reviews. This is a first for me, I would highly recommend Britt's Air Conditioning. I had several glitches with my Mom's Air Conditioning that was installed 4 years ago. I called Britt's to come and diagnose and see why it was not working. There were several employees that came out and finally Cameron came and looked at it and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He ordered the parts that were under warrantee and installed on a Thursday and it was up and running later that day. Cameron is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He is definitely an asset to the company. I hope that he is recognized during review time or even before...
