We ordered a load of clay and had Britt’s deliver. We paid for a WHOLE load an they delivered a HALF of a load… While they were here the delivery driver ran over the septic drain field on my property (after we CLEARLY showed him where the septic was located). We called Britt’s and explained what happened. Initially they were helpful. The offered to send plumbers to repair the damage. The plumbers came and went. The end cap on my septic drain field was never repaired. BUYER BEWARE

Britts staff are super friendly and very helpful. I've used their services a few times now and I'm always very happy. The last time I had a large area to gravel, they suggested using a hopper to release the gravel rather than shoveling it from a bag. This made the job muck quicker. Thanks again Britts, Sage in the office was awesome and Liz was super safe during delivery. Great job guys. 10/10.

EDIT: raising review from 1-star to 4-star for the customer service ... we took the load back next business day and they did rectify the situation by replacing the sandy dirt with compost mix. I will definitely be checking my mix before I leave their lot from now on however. Original review: DO NOT buy compost mix from this place, it is FLORIDA SAND - complete rip off. I used to get decent mix here, not anymore. $60 for a load of sand.

Staff is friendly, was undecided on the color of stone for our flower bed. They helped with the best color and quality. Price is by far the best in the area

Great service! Very friendly people! I read some bad reviews and I almost didn't come here. That's why I don't put all my faith in reviews, some people just suck and want to bring everyonedown with them. Great selection and quality! Would definitely recommend! 👍
