Britts Services Inc

John and Kelly of Britts Services is an unprofessional company. The A/C went out on our rental property and we contacted Britts. Britts went out to the property to do a diagnostic, which we paid for, and they stated something had short circuited the unit. Britts said the unit could either be repaired with unwarranted parts or replaced. We decided to have the entire unit replaced since insurance would cover some of it, then when we asked for basic information for the claim, Britts went ghost. They would NOT respond to the insurance company's multiple calls. Britt's voicemail is full too so therefore no messages can be left. After a week, I took it upon myself to contact Britts because once again the insurance company was unsuccessful in contacting them. I spoke with Kelly and I reiterated

Britt's Services is the only heating/AC provider that I trust. John always responds when I call him. Great job!

Honest people.. haven't had them work for me but have met the owner and his wife as well as know that they are respected by some folks that I have the absolute highest respect for ... they good Cristian folks

I like that the technicians are caring and friendly. They work hard to make sure your issue is fixed.

They came out very quick and took care of my problem.
