Fireplace magicians. I had problems with my gas fireplace this year. I called a different local company to come look and service it. The technician didn’t know anything, told me there was a hole and quoted me an $800 replacement part. I had a gut feeling to get a second opinion; someone more familiar with my particular fireplace to do the repairs. Brizee came to my rescue!! No hole just a plugged orifice. And good cleaning job later my fireplace looks brand new. I am so happy I listened to my gut and called Brizee. Brizee is AMAZING! Every aspect of our dealings with Brizee have been fantastic, from our initial search for a fireplace through the installation. Our consultant, Amber, guided us through every step of the process and recommended the Kuma Aspen LE wood stove, and it's truly incredible. We light a fire when we get home from work and it heats our entire house for the next 24 hours, using very little wood (74-76 degrees when it's in the 20's outside-we're going to save a fortune in heating costs!) We're so grateful we switched to this efficient little machine--it burns cleanly, it's environmentally friendly and uses a renewable source of energy, and it has made our home so cozy and comfortable. Would recommend this business 1000% to anyone looking for a great way to heat your home!

It was 20 degrees and windy and my furnace wasn’t working. After my call they had a service tech at my home in 50 minutes! And within two hours I had a new fan motherboard and a toasty warm house. The tech called me so I could explain the issue and five minutes later he had found the problem. Fast, friendly, efficient service.

They came out to repair my AC on short notice and after hours, on a holiday weekend. Technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Fantastic service and a great price - even for odd hours. I will be using Brizee for all my HVAC needs from now on!
