Ethan came by on a Sunday just to look at what we needed for the job. He helped give recommendations to our insurance company to prove we needed new floors due to water damage. He went above and beyond to finish our job on time after being delayed due to car issues while out of town for the holidays. He literally worked 18 hrs straight one day, just to get us back in our house after my wife had a major surgery. To top it all off, these floors are gorgeous. He worked around are preexisting kitchen island with seamless precision. What sets him apart from other hardwood floor companies is he is an actual woodworker. He knows his stuff. His is meticulous. He also was innovative, while insisting that we have a specialty design between our office and the living room large crown molding entryway.

I have had the pleasure of working on many projects with Ethan when he was working in Chicago. He was one of the sub contractors I could always trust to show up on time and get grade A work on every single job. Someone I greatly miss having up here!
