After watching their driver slam into a CRANE at the merge on 44 instead of waiting behind him, decided to cut around from the left turn only lane and hit this poor guy on his way to work. Stupid is as stupid does. I’d never trust these morons touching my property. Just look how they handle their own

Brian came out to fix our dryer that wouldn’t start. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super friendly! It was a quick fix and reasonably priced! I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Van driver rushes around Taunton, cutting people off and causing accidents…. I wouldn’t call this company to work on anything as doing so would endanger the public with their reckless dispatching. See photo below of said accident on Dean St cutting off a CDL crane truck.

Just had an amazing experience with Broadway appliance. Brian came out to service my refrigerator which was making a loud noise and he was a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained every step of the process. The pricing was very fair and they have a 30 day warranty on their work. Brian came out to see what was wrong with my washer. He explained what was wrong, what it would cost to repair, taking into consideration the age of the machine. I really appreciated his honesty and feedback.
