Broadway garage

Their new billing system will fraudulently charge you! I parked here for 4 hours a month ago and noticed they have a new automated system that tracks your plate. I just received a bill for $603.75 presumably because they think Im still parked there despite their system letting me out of the garage a month ago. Their customer service is non existent. This place is CRIMINAL. BEWARE and do not park here!

We tried to park in the handicapped parking spot on the first floor and were told we could not park there. That meant my disabled father was forced to walk, with my assistance down the ramp as he cannot walk on stairs. I was furious, it was humiliating and dangerous. I would like a contact number for this garage. This is in MA and surely they must know that law about disabilities. There is no elevator option here. I can't imaging what someone in a wheelchair would do.

Parking garage managed by Harvard where visitors may park. We went online to buy a parking pass for $11 for a Sunday. Show your email confirmation to the parking attendant.

Rude attendant no handicapped parking unless you get handicapped parking from Harvard. There's a handicapped individual with us and they made us park at the top with no elevators and had to take the stairs. Wouldn't recommend

This is NOT the Broadway Garage but a random garage next to the Cambridge Public Library. Idk why someone name it Broadway Garage. The real one is a few blocks away.
