Broadway Sales & Service

Broadway Sales & Service is the company my home warranty assigned to me for service. The service request said Broadway would contact me to schedule service. After a few days, I still hadn't heard from Broadway, so I called them. They didn't answer. I left a message, but no one called me back. I called two more times over the next two weeks, but still, no one answered. I left a message each time I called with my name and number, but I never received a call back from them. I can't speak on their services since I never received them, but I wouldn't waste your time trying to get ahold of them.

Would be a zero star but unable to give that! Late February I contacted my home warranty, Select Home Warranty, for my broken cloths washer. They assigned Broadway Sales and Service to repair it. They came out on a Saturday to diagnose it and said they would send the home warranty an estimate. It took several phone calls to my home warranty, yes they also get a zero star, before they told me it was denied due to lack of info from Broadway. So after getting a supervisor at the home warranty involved I got it approved and they shipped me the parts Broadway quoted in March. I finally got a response from Broadway that what they shipped wouldn’t fix it and they didn’t know when they could come install it. A few weeks later I contacted Broadway again after getting no help from the home warranty

Extremely unprofessional. We were also referred to them by Old Republic Home Warranty. After rescheduling my day to be home for the service, I was no showed. We then had to reschedule and was no-showed a second time! There was zero communication and they didn’t respond to voicemails and text messages sent. We still have no dishwasher. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and will be talking to the home warranty company about this.

Zero star review. My home warranty company assigned them to me. Got a hold of them on a Friday to see if they could come out the following Tuesday. The fella I talked to said he has someone we will be able to send out. Said he would get a hold of his guy and have him contact me. Monday came around, I called to be sure they were coming on Tuesday and to get a time they would be coming out, they wouldn't give me an exact time and once again the guy said he would have his guy get a hold of me, or if he wasn't going to get a hold of me that he would personally call me back, this never happened. Also when calling them I would have to call probably about 5 times until I got a hold of someone, their mailbox is full you can't leave a voicemail at all. My home warranty (old republic) assigned them and they were fantastic, from the first visit where they diagnosed the problem and ordered a new dishwasher to the installation and haul-away. I would suggest that those with low star reviews get a new warranty company. I would recommend these guys to anybody!
