At Brock Cabinets I received customer service that I remember my parents and grand parents talk about. It's the kind of customer service that is difficult to find these days. I was the first owner of a new home in Bolivia, NC. After 8 years one the cabinet hinges broke. I contacted the builder and they refered me to Brock Cabinets. On January 6, 2026 I called and spoke to a gentleman named James in Fayetteville. I explained my situation and that I just wanted to keep it simple. As it was no longer under warranty, I just wanted to buy a replacement hinge and change it myself. Mr. James asked me to email him a photo of the hinge to help him match it and he would research the hinge and get back to me. It was perhaps an hour, maybe less, Mr. James called back. Cabinets are fine...but our hardware was backordered for 6+ months (which is fine....that's the manufacturer's issue). However, once our hardware finally DID arrive at their warehouse, we never received a phone call for installation. I reached out to them on 8/24 and they had received our hardware the first week of August. 🙄 Our service technician was 15 minutes late and left a HUGE mess in the kitchen and in every bathroom. Don't use Brock Cabinets unless you enjoy micromanaging other people so they do their job correctly.

We called the office 4 different times to order one cabinet. They kept telling us someone would call back. Avoid dealing with Erin!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'll update once the cabinet is installed.

Being a builder I have found that getting getting items corrected from the Wilmington branch at best is challenging.
