Brock Cabinets

Ordered 4 glass cabinet doors for our 2 year old kitchen, which took 2 months due to the Christmas holidays, when doors arrived.. the order was the wrong size. We then took our doors off our cabinets brought to Brock and they inserted the glass panels which took a week. Brock not only took care of the issue immediately, but refunded our money!!! I 100% recommend Brock to do your cabinets.

We are delighted with our cabinets. Our salesperson was Lee we explained to him what we were interested in and kept us within our budget and provided us with a cabinet selection that was affordable. This was a seamless process from our first visit to the showroom right through installation . Everyone we interacted with was professional and aimed to make sure we were satisfied customers.. Avoid Brock Cabinets at all costs! This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. After installing my cabinets, I found several issues. I have been trying to get a resolution since February of 2023 and have been met with complete silence since October. Their customer service is non-existent. I've followed up repeatedly, made phone calls and sent numerous emails.The lack of response is beyond frustrating and very unprofessional. The cabinets themselves are poor quality, and the company's refusal to correct their mistakes is infuriating. They clearly don't care about their customers once they've taken your money. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Brock Cabinets. They do not stand behind their products. I deeply regret

They were way to close while driving behind me on the road when I couldnt speed up because there were people in front of me. Then honked while I was getting over to go on the interstate. Rude people don't give honest services.

What a nightmare of an experience we had dealing with this family run business. After the first phone call a few weeks ago, we were told that the daughter would handle our cabinetry design and order. However, we were quickly turned over to a guy that doesn't often do custom designs (which is exactly what we need) and basically puts together standard size cabinets for mass/track builds. He called and assured us that he would make the changes we asked for in a detailed email and have the initial designs to us by the following Wednesday. That day came and went and my husband called on Friday to ask where the designs were. He made an immediate excuse of being busy traveling that week but would get them to us by the following Wednesday. What he sent on Tuesday afternoon in an email was not o
