The gentleman answering the phones could use a crash course in effective communication skills. He was very rude and couldn’t grasp the concept I was trying to explain. Told me it was “way more work” than what I was telling him needed to be done? He said he would send someone over and nobody showed up. Ended up calling another company in town and was very happy about the decision.

My furnace blower motor went out called up Brodins and he helped me out immediately. Brought my blower in and the capacitor. Tested it for me free of charge and sold me a new capacitor and a motor. Both were not broke but since he had a spare motor for it I bought that just in case for future breakdowns. If you have any trouble give these guys a shout! I called 3 other locals and nobody returned the call! These guys are awesome!

A big “Thank you!” to Dustin at Brodin Comfort Systems who came to my rescue when my thermostat went offline and my heater got stuck in an on cycle late one evening. Dustin was able to walk me through how to shut the heater off and was able to come fix it the next day! Thank you so much, Dustin! I highly recommend Brodin Comfort Systems!

Brodines installed my furnace and central air conditioning a few years ago, and thier maintenance is top notch. Amazing people to work with. Kind, polite knowledgeable and they do a great job. Kudos to Brodines.

Great people to talk to. Matt is great at sales but not high pressure. He knows his business and knows what's up to date in his field. Wyatt I'd one of the best techs we know.
