I was on automatic delivery, yet no delivery was made for four months. I eventually had to call to find out why. When I did, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She claimed the road I live on was not maintained, which is incorrect—we have a company that regularly services it. When I asked how the issue could be resolved, I was told, “I don’t know, that’s for you to figure out.” At that point, I contacted Buell Fuel, who were a pleasure to deal with and had no issue delivering—they had even been delivering to my neighbor just days earlier. When I called back to close my account, I was told “no problem.” I also mentioned they owed me $25 from my last bill; I was told it would be sent out, and the call was abruptly ended. Ferguson fuels is a great local company with the BEST price around for miles. The staff is always really polite and helpful when I have questions. But i do take away one star because ever since the originally owner had passed, things have changed and not all for the better. They used to be able to come at least next day if you were ever in a pinch for oil, but nowadays it takes a few days minimum for them to fet to you, even if you're right in town. But nevertheless, still a great business with the best fuel price and knowledgable staff.

Hired for water heater, whole home humidifier, and installing a new exterior hose connection. Five stars from start to finish, great communication from the office, Bob inspected and gave a fair and accurate quote plus answered our questions, Dan and Tanner did an excellent job with the installation. They went above and beyond regarding some requests, some valve placements and options. Saw that we use the unfinished part of the basement and went ahead with opening a small spot in the ductwork to provide heat to that area. Worked cleanly and quickly. After the job was completed we were given a good operation overview and took time for q&a about maintenance, cleaning, etc. Thank you Brodell Fuel Group!

Ferguson fuels is an amazing family oriented business. There sales staff is very friendly courteous knowledgeable and helpful. They are great at helping in a pinch! Great prices too. Even if they where a little higher than the next guy I'd still use them just because the service is top notch! And they're fast as lightning!

Luckily I called to ask when the delivery was coming because if I hadn't of called and kept waiting we'd be frozen! Apparently they tried to deliver on a Saturday (today is Tuesday) and I had a car at the end of my driveway that couldn't make it up. So apparently the delivery driver couldn't access my driveway so he just takes off. No call, no communication whatsoever. I asked why and all I got was I have no clue why, I can't answer why the driver did what he did. I'm like well the driver had to have mentioned he couldn't deliver to a customer's address! Still couldn't answer me why they didn't retry or even try to contact me! They had no issues contacting me to ask of the car was still in my driveway because they apparently had the communication that it was there on Saturday!! This level
