Our Roman tub faucet started to drip. Two plumbers failed to identify the brand. ChatGPT and Grok couldn't identify the brand from a picture of the overall faucet or a removed cartridge (maybe 22 years old). I took the cartridge to the parts desk at Broedell Jupiter and the guy behind the counter immediately found a web page on the Phylrich site selling an exact replacement. Broedell isn't a Phylrich dealer, but they gave me the name of a place in West Palm Beach that would likely have it in addition to the online source. I'm grateful because ripping this out wouldn't have been simple given that there are four holes in the tub deck due to the dual spouts.

Brodell plumbing supply is fantastic. They are knowledgable about all plumbing and we use them as our supplier for A.O. Smith Water Heaters. John our rep. is on the ball and knows his stuff and get's our water heaters delivered on time. Eric

I honestly thought I had a Mon delivery app’t but it was actually scheduled for Tues. They still got me in and unloaded me which I’m greatly appreciative of. 53’ dry van, they unloaded me in their lot instead of having me back into a dock. Friendly people & they unload fast. I would deliver here again!

My husband and I were doing our first total renovation. It was a bit overwhelming for us. We worked with Jessica at Broedell. She was amazing. Very patient and had great eye for detail and made great suggestions. They made the plumbing part very easy. Now that my place is finished, i absolutely love all the choices she helped me with. Delivery was spot on too. I had no delays. I would recommend them very highly. Every time i walked in the store down the road she knew me and everything i had picked out so it was easy to add on to.
