I first contacted Jesse about installing a metal roof on my place by Holden Beach. My first impression was very positive. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was made to meet. Jesse was on time and prior to ever going on the roof. I was able to see his insurance certificate and contractors license. This may not be important to some, but for me shows the level of commitment and dedication to doing the job correct. While I did obtain other bids it went back to who I was comfortable and impressed with. A verbal quote or text message quote to me was not impressive. A detailed written quote of what materials will be used and and estimate of time was important. Jessie, At the beginning before anything was done to the roof top I pull all the metal staples out of the ceiling inside their was not a drop of water ever drop from the ceiling. I replaced the staples with screws to hold the ceiling up. No water of any until the pressure washing was done that’s where the water came from that Seep through the installation and gathered onto the plastic. We been in this house for 14 years we always just cleaned the roof with bleach and a brush hose it off with a garden hose let it dry and then applied cool seal. This is your problem to fix at your cost. We are not going to pay for a problem that your company as done to our home.
