Brookhaven Corp: Lawn Sprinkler & Irrigation Services

Been dealing with Brookhaven Irrigation for years. First had them install sprinklers at my home. Now have them handling the sprinklers at my business. They have one guy Nick that is great. He is very respectful and honest. He even installed a drip system for a garden I had built on my lawn. I trust them for both my residence and commercial property. Even upgraded to WiFi and an app for the system. It’s water efficient. No waste of water.

Highly recommend! The team did a fantastic job installing my sprinkler system - the technician Andrew and his crew were incredible. From start to finish these guys were the best. Got a quote from Mike only a couple days after inquiring and full install the next week. On top of that, they were the most competitive quote I received, and importantly they were honest - they didn’t upsell me on more than I needed like the other guys did. Even the office coordination was fantastic. After they were done you could barely tell they installed an irrigation system — everything was put back together perfectly. Trustworthy group right here!

This is my second season in a row Using Brookhaven Irrigation. In the spring, Nick came out to do my opening and I again needed some adjustments done. He was able to just make some adjustment/ replace to the existing heads and not put in another line like I thought I needed.. Which again I could say not doing work that did not need to be done. For the fall, I have Roberto, who is always very pleasant and quick and closing up the system. Again price is reasonable, reliable snd on time.. Very grateful that there are still companies out there that don’t take advantage of people like I have had Experienced in other areas of my home that needed Work as a widow /Single women in the house hold .

We use Brookhaven every year for both regular service or repairs, and new installations. They’re always reliable, honest and we have always been taken care of. The customer service is always wonderful. Terry is always kind and professional and he always goes the extra mile. He had a sweet interaction with my son as my son wanted to “take care of the bill” this year. We are forever happy with Brookhaven Irrigation!

Nick from Brookhaven Irrigation Corp. was a huge help in getting my sprinkler lines drained for winter. He was friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain how the process works, since it was my first year with the sprinkler system I was curious. He came on time and the whole job was done in 20 or so minutes. I also want to give a shout out to the customer service/phone operators. They were easy to understand, kind, and happy to answer any questions I had. I called a few times, even after the job was done, just to ask questions about the service and they patiently took the time to fully explain everything to me. I highly recommend this company because it is clear to me that they know how to do the job well and care about the customer's experience, which is honestly rarer and rarer t
