A real human being answered my call quickly, within just a couple rings, I was able to report a large pothole abutting a manhole cover on a busy street, and they repeated it back correctly saying they would submit it for repairs that day. That was a Friday afternoon, by Sunday afternoon it had not been repaired, but I'll give them a few more working days to get it done before complaining. I don't think they're out repairing things on weekends, unless it's an emergency, anyway; and this was not.

They denied my moving truck with less than a week before our move. We’re scrambling to find a replacement and will likely have to pay at least 1k more out-of-pocket. They don’t care about residents, only fines and fees.

Harvard St pavement is in poor condition in Brookline on MBTA bus Route 66, makes for poor quality bus ride: MUCH TOO BUMPY. Please advise as to next full depth reconstruction and utility road opening moratorium, and if by city or state, depending on road ownership. Thank you.
