Brooks Concrete Inc

First of all, this is the first negative review I've ever written but I now feel that I will never get any of the slightest satisfaction! Kris Brooks sold me on his product, knowledge, and commitment to being trustworthy. He showed an interest to me being a Veteran and I felt convinced in him genuinely , boy was I a fool! After 1 month , one of my slabs that was in the shade and watered everyday for 2 weeks to assist in the curing and not weight bearing , developed 3 long cracks that are getting worse and worse. I contacted Kris who said he would come look at it but never showed up and then he GHOSTED me!!!! Finally , I gave him a visit at his shop ,when he welcomed me with "we were just talking about you" (funny how he didn't answer or return my calls but could just be talking about me ,p
