Brooks Construction Roofing

Brooks Construction replaced our roof and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them. They took the time to come back multiple days to make sure the job was done right. They did not rush through putting the roof on and the final results are amazing! They went the extra mile to repair things such as my gutters, painted the chimney stacks to match the drip edge, replace shingles on my detached gazebo, replaced all sheathing that was remotely water damaged, and left my place spotless after they were done! No nails, no debris, very clean and professional.

BC&R did a fantastic job replacing my roof after spring storm damage. David came out to do the initial inspection and again with the insurance adjuster. Communication with David and Cherish was very smooth and prompt. Once insurance approved, they got me on their schedule right away and ripped the old roof off and installed the new one all in one day. The crew was careful around landscaping, covered the A/C condensers with plywood, and moved outdoor furniture out of their way so nothing would get damaged. They did a great job cleaning up and put everything back just the way they found it. The new roof looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

BC&R did an incredible job replacing our roof after wind damage this past spring. We contacted them, Josh promptly came out to do the initial inspection. We informed him of the response Liberty Mutual had provided to our damage claim and he took samples of our shingles and sent them off for analysis. Due to BC&R’s knowledge and expertise Liberty Mutual revised they’re initial settlement offer significantly in our favor. BC&R provided us with addresses once we’d narrowed our choices of shingle to assist in making the final selection we felt was best for our house. Brooks Construction and Roofing redid our roof recently following some storm damage. David and Cherish were great to work with and walked us through the entire process. During construction, they found an additional issue and contacted our insurance and got it covered as well. This company went over and above during the work at our house and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
