I have used the Brooks several times for projects that ranged from minor additions to whole home renovation, additions and building out office space on our farm. I have a rental home in colts neck which I will be selling after my tenant vacates in March. Jim and his wife Melissa will be looking at the house next week to give me a quote for renovating it prior to placing it on the market. I highly recommend them. They are easy to deal with very straight forward and DO NOT cut corners, which is why I continue to use them. They frequently have suggestion on how to improve or enhance your projects final results.

Jim Brooks and the BCI Team were outstanding! We came to them with a challenging renovation of an old barn and they were able to maintain its historic character while transforming it into a modern masterpiece. Our project was completed on schedule, within budget and without major stresses, what more can you ask for! Working with contractors can be challenging, but Jim was perhaps the most responsive, trustworthy and helpful I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

I initially contacted BCI Construction for a home remodeling project as they are known to be a very reputable builder of homes. I knew my project was extensive as I needed a complete kitchen, laundry and sunroom renovation as well as new windows and siding. I had researched other companies for this project before working with BCI and they were not as knowledgeable nor did they have the expertise with all aspects of construction. Jim Brooks the owner of the company contacted me directly to schedule an appointment and fully discussed the goals and scope of the project. Jim was available on a constant basis to guide me through what could have been a very tedious and complicated process.
