Anthony was amazing! He was patient while I assisted my elderly mother and do a great job explaining aftercare. We would love for him to continue being our technician for future visits.

She was thorough in her inspection and treatment, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the results. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joshua from Brooks Pest Control was fantastic. He showed up ready for war. He sprayed, set up bait boxes, climbed into the attic like a pest-hunting ninja, and laid out traps like he was setting a chess board for rodents. He even tracked down a possible entry point where our little attic trespasser might be sneaking in all without crawling in there. Joshua explained everything clearly and assured me the days of freeloading in my house are numbered. Professional, thorough, and surprisingly cheerful for someone crawling around in attics and I was teh last house lucky number 20, get this man a raise and a better working ladder. Highly recommend Joshua and Brooks Pest Control. Great service and great attitude.

My entire experience with the company has not always been smooth but by far the best service my home has gotten from top to bottom and care to detail and attention with my technician today. He is an asset to this company by simply the way he does his job, nothing extra or crazy out of the ordinary but simply his attention to actually getting what was needed done with efficiency and effort! THEN after doing what he was there to do THEN he asked what else if anything was needed or I had concerns about that he could address I explained I needed another box since my other had been broken and not brought back he told me he would see to it that it was replaced by next service and you know what by his approach today I believe him 100%.

Today was my first experience with this company. So far so good. I’ll have to update later on the treatment I had done if it was effective or not. As far as the tech I had Joshua Chavez he was great and very informative. We have a flea issue but I wouldn’t consider it an infestation. He went above and beyond with spraying carpet and the artificial grass to ensure the fleas die EVERYWHERE. He also recommended what to do and what not to do. He was also patient with me and all my questions.
