Paid $50 for the promotional sign up service. The employee was only seen doing a small random portions of the out side yard. On the inside of our home nothing was sprayed, the roaches were still alive and roaming, only 2 medium sized mouse sticky pads were placed under bath room cabinets. Nothing was done that was supposed to have been done according to contract. Two days later my outside porch cat was found dead under my porch. When the tech employee left he said some random comments about how the yard spray poison is deadly to the cats?. This i brought all to their attention and only an apology was given and then was I would have to pay a $100 the normal monthly payment the next time they came out except this time only a week delayed because of the hassle of last times visit for servic

3/4/2025 - I have been with Brooks for about 6 months or a bit longer and they are exceptional. The techs are always thorough and full of information. Shout out to Chris who serviced our home and yard today. He was super helpful, thorough and definitely went above and beyond and answered my gazillion questions. We will be requesting him moving forward! I was trying to .anage pest control on my own after a bad experience with another company and it was just too overwhelming. Brooks has been so amazing all around. Highly recommend. Sometimes minor scheduling issues but that trivial compared to what I've dealt with before and they are always quick to address any and all issues, concerns, etc. Exceptional customer service!

The technician was great! Super friendly, fast, and thorough. He found and adressed the problems immediately. I am extremely pleased with how courteous and professional the entire company has been.

I’ve used pest spray services before Brooks, but with Brooks I truly didn’t see any of them for months. Christopher was great. He was efficient and pleasant. Christopher made sure there were no concerns or questions. I’d say Brooks is the best I’ve used.

KJ was awesome! Came in and got to work right away. I had my dog in a kennel and KJ was so considerate to not spray around his direction :) made sure to get the offices and guest room. The outside was done fast and visit was over! Thank you KJ
