I have been with Broom Heating and Air since 2017, and have always had excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, well trained, and always professional. My technician today, Adam, provided me with the same awesome service as previous technicians. He provided detail information about the service performed and the unit efficiency status. Excellent customer service today is sometimes not provided. Kudos to Broom Heating and Air and their awesome committed staff for providing their customers with the service they can rely on.

I had broom come out to service my gas fireplace. It has worked but I just wanted them to double check connections. The technician came out and started pulling on the slate around my fireplace saying”this is removable.” He ripped the tile off the wall area of the fireplace. Multiple pieces fell and broke off the wall. I have called and talked with Sam which I sent photos where it was broken. I called last week, with no response. It has been 3 weeks and my fireplace looks terrible. Update they came back and fixed the slate. Thank you

Adam carefully examined the gas fireplace and clearly explained both the problem and the solution. The fireplace now looks like new and is working beautifully. Broom Heating and Air did an excellent job (as they do every year) servicing our gas log fireplace. They performed our annual cleaning and was able to complete a minor repair quickly and efficiently. Company is great. Communication worked well for the entire process. I’ve had my new unit for a year with no complaints. Mike came for service as expected and was very thorough also communicating every step. Very happy customer and will always let others know about their services.
