Very professional and knowledgeable with friendly customer service. Bret and Chris did a fantastic job not only replacing our tankless hot water heater, but also fixing the underlying problems that caused the old one to fail. Bret explained all of our options clearly and logically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Very impressed with this company.

Very happy with the work of Josh and Matt! Called about a water heater issue knowing it was old and needed to be replaced but Brotherhood was able to get us in same day when I called first thing in the morning. Josh and Matt were very personable and explained everything each step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. Thankful they could help us out so quick with such great employees!

First I want to apologize for the late review (they replaced our water heater on December 18th), but I definitely wanted to get the review in before the new year. Also sorry in advance for the long review, but it will be a good one! If I could give BrotherHood Plumbing 10+ stars I would, but they’ll have to accept my 5 stars because it’s the highest. My husband called BrotherHood Plumbing because he read on line that they had the best reviews so we decided to give them a try to come and look at our water heater because it wasn’t in the best shape and it’s almost 50 years old (original to my grandparents house). Hard working with fair pricing. Also, flexible payment options. Brett and Ethan worked all night (14 hours) so we could have water. Then they came back from over an hour away the very next morning at 7am to finish aesthetics portion/cleanup.

Joshua and Ethan were an amazing team that dealt with a plumbing issue that was unexpected. They looked for three different ways to circumvent an issue before finding the solution on the fourth. Truly a first class operation. I would highly recommend Brotherhood Plumbing!
